  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
