- 330 grams Water
- 600 grams Flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 30 grams Butter
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
Directions

1Add all except butter in mixer.

2Knead from low to medium speed until whole dough forms.

3Add butter in small pieces and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes.

4Cover and let rise.

51.5-3 hours depending on room temperature.

6Poking the dough should leave a lasting dent.

7Separate into small doughs.

8Flatten, rolled and place into pan.

9Let rest for another 1.5-3 hours or double its size.

10Preheat oven to 200C.

11Bake for 45 minutes.

12Remove from pan once out of the oven to cool.
