  • 1 lb ground chicken, Turkey or 1 lb lean beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Over medium heat spray a frying pan with non stick cooking spray.

    Saute Onion until brown and add Ground Meat to the pan - Add Salt and Pepper.

    Brown the meat and when cooked thoroughly.

    Transfer the meat to a pot with the rest of the ingredients and Stir.

    Cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes.
