- 1 lb ground chicken, Turkey or 1 lb lean beef
- 1 chopped onion
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Over medium heat spray a frying pan with non stick cooking spray.

2Saute Onion until brown and add Ground Meat to the pan - Add Salt and Pepper.

3Brown the meat and when cooked thoroughly.

4Transfer the meat to a pot with the rest of the ingredients and Stir.

5Cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes.
