- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup sugar (I prefer unrefined)
- 1 cup white vinegar (or just shy)
- 1 teaspoon himalayan or white table salt
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Mix together in a bowl, I prefer to use a whisk.

2If you are using a spoon, stir after each addition for the first four ingredients.

3Pour into a quart jar (a canner funnel helps for this) and put in the fridge!
