Simple Enoki Mushroom Soup

  • 50 grams Enoki mushrooms
  • 1 Soup stock cube
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 dash Green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    Slice the stems off the mushrooms, and slice into 3 cm lengths.

    Heat the 400 ml of water and soup stock in a saucepan.

    Stir with a ladle, and add the mushrooms when the soup stock has dissolved.

    Once boiled, remove from the heat and mix in the soy sauce and butter.

    Pour it into bowls, sprinkle on some green onion, and season with black pepper to finish.
