  • 1 -2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 -2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 -2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup flour or 6 ounces flour
  • 1 egg
  • oil (for frying)
  • 8 -9 pieces chicken breasts (what ever you want to use) or 8 -9 pieces chicken thighs (what ever you want to use) or 8 -9 pieces chicken drumsticks (what ever you want to use)

Directions

    Measure flour and put into a bowl.

    Add the thyme, paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt, garlic salt into the same bowl as the flour.

    Mix them all together well using a spoon.

    Crack and beat an egg into a separate bowl/container.

    Put oil in a wok and heat oil at a setting of medium-high or 4/5.

    Dip chicken in egg then into the mixture.

    Do this to all the pieces.

    When oil heated put in wok and cook for about 20 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy.
