Simple Fried Chicken

  • 3 chicken fillets
  • 12 lemon
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt
  • thick greek plain yogurt
  • black pepper

Directions

    Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and poke at them with a fork so their are little holes in the meat.

    Put a few dollops of yoghurt in the bowl with the chicken.
  3. 3
    Then in goes the curry powder and salt.
  4. 4
    Mix everything with your hands as if your massaging the chicken.
  5. 5
    Leave it for 10 minutes minimum.

    Get the pan ready with oil and squeeze a tiny bit of lemon into the oil.

    Cook the filets until you think they're ready.

    Sprinkle pepper on top if you wish.

    Serve with anything you like.
