Simple Fried Chicken

- 3 chicken fillets
- 12 lemon
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- salt
- thick greek plain yogurt
- black pepper
Directions

1Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and poke at them with a fork so their are little holes in the meat.

2Put a few dollops of yoghurt in the bowl with the chicken.

3Then in goes the curry powder and salt.

4Mix everything with your hands as if your massaging the chicken.

5Leave it for 10 minutes minimum.

6Get the pan ready with oil and squeeze a tiny bit of lemon into the oil.

7Cook the filets until you think they're ready.

8Sprinkle pepper on top if you wish.

9Serve with anything you like.
