- 250 grams cooked rice
- 2 medium red shallot - slice
- 1 clove garlic - mince
- 1 small birdeye chili - slice
- 30 grams chives - cut to 2 inch lenght
- 1 medium carrot - dice
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Directions

1heat the oil in large pan and saute the onion and garlic till caramelised.

2then add the carrots and birdeye chili saute, for 1 minute

3turn to high heat and crack the eggs in and let it cook a bit then pour in the rice and mix well
-
4make sure you always mixing otherwise it will burn, or you can slow down the heat if you afraid it might burnt.

5add the salt and pepper also the chives and mix again.

6done and serve.
