Ingredients

  • 250 grams cooked rice
  • 2 medium red shallot - slice
  • 1 clove garlic - mince
  • 1 small birdeye chili - slice
  • 30 grams chives - cut to 2 inch lenght
  • 1 medium carrot - dice
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

    heat the oil in large pan and saute the onion and garlic till caramelised.
  2. 2
    then add the carrots and birdeye chili saute, for 1 minute
  3. 3
    turn to high heat and crack the eggs in and let it cook a bit then pour in the rice and mix well
  4. 4
    make sure you always mixing otherwise it will burn, or you can slow down the heat if you afraid it might burnt.

    add the salt and pepper also the chives and mix again.
  6. 6
    done and serve.
