- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (No. 2) can fruit (2 1/2 to 3 c.)
Directions

1Melt margarine in shallow baking dish.

2Mix flour, sugar and milk together well and pour into margarine.

3Do not stir.

4Add fruit.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Remove from oven; sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over crust and return to oven for 10 minutes.
