  • 3 -5 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 cup oil
  • red wine vinegar
  • 1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 -2 tablespoon ginger
  • cajun seasoning
  • 3 -6 drops liquid smoke
  • 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushroom pieces
  • 1 medium onion, diced

    In a large skillet over med heat, add chicken and oil.

    Dash red wine vinegar over whole skillet, going around 3-4 times.

    Add brown sugar, nutmeg, ginger, cajun, and liquid smoke.

    Cook, flipping regularly.

    When almost done, add garlic, mushrooms, and onion.
