  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 3-5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 6 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 head baby bok choy
