Simple Grilled Pork Chops

- 14 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 4 pork rib chops, about 1 inch thick
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients except the pork chops and whisk together.

2Pour into a re-sealable bag or a covered glass dish.

3Add the pork chops and toss to coat.

4Marinate for thirty minutes in the refrigerator.

5Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.

6Grill over high heat for three minutes on each side.

7This will sear the meat.

8Allow to cook for six to eight minutes over medium heat.

9Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
