Ingredients

  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup spinach or lettuce
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 2 slice ham or other meat (skip if vegetarian)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce or other dressing

Directions

    Cut up all the ingredients (except cheese and dressing) and place into bowl

    Grate cheese over the top of ingredients

    Melt in microwave for 20-30 seconds
  4. 4
    Drizzle dressing over the top and serve!
