Ingredients

  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained (save the liquid to thin hummus as desired)
  • 14 cup liquid (from can of chick peas or water)
  • 14 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Pour everything in the blender or food processor and blend until very smooth.

    Top with drizzle of olive oil and chopped parsley, can sprinkle with paprika.
