Ingredients
- 220 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
- 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Ginger (finely chopped)
- 5 cm Green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 200 ml Water
- 1/2 cube Soup stock cube
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 50 ml Sake
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Liquefied Katakuriko
Directions

1Drain the tofu.

2Put some oil in a pot and then stir fry the garlic, ginger, and green onions.

3Once aromatic, add in the doubanjiang.

4For kids: I only use 5 g of the doubanjiang!

5Next, add the meat and stir fry.

6Add in the ingredients and then skim off any scum that rises.

7Add the tofu (pre-cut into bite size pieces), and the Chinese garlic chives.

8Bring to a boil.

9Pour in the sesame oil and katakuriko slurry.

10Once it thickens, it's ready.
