Simple Microbiotic Okara Crackers

- 80 grams Whole wheat flour (or super fine, all-purpose, bread flour)
- 40 grams Dried okara
- 1/2 tsp Natural salt
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1 Dried herbs, sesame if desired
Directions

1If using fresh okara, cook out the moisture it in the microwave beforehand while carefully keeping an eye on it.

2Stop to mix it from time to time.

3Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.

4Add the water and olive oil and mix well, being careful not to knead.

5Thinly spread out the dough over a baking pan (using a plastic bag over your hands is convenient) and cut into desired sizes.

6Pierce the dough with a fork to ventilate.

7Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes and they're complete.
