Ingredients

  • 1/4 cabbage (shredded coarsely)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or vegrtables oil

Directions

    Combine cabbage, salt, oil well in a bowl, after mixed, add beaten egg and stir once.

    Cook it over low heat in a pan for about 2~3 mins with a lid.

    (adjust the hardness of the eggs to you taste)

    Pour the sauce over it (and add mayonnaise if you like it).

    Top with dried bonito flakes, aonori, pikled ginger to your taste.
