- 1/4 cabbage (shredded coarsely)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil or vegrtables oil
Directions

1Combine cabbage, salt, oil well in a bowl, after mixed, add beaten egg and stir once.

2Cook it over low heat in a pan for about 2~3 mins with a lid.

3(adjust the hardness of the eggs to you taste)

4Pour the sauce over it (and add mayonnaise if you like it).

5Top with dried bonito flakes, aonori, pikled ginger to your taste.
