  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, (1 lb./450 g)

    Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.

    Add chicken, turning to coat.

    Heat medium skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken with remaining liquid and cook 12 to 14 min.

    or until done (165 degrees F), turning halfway.
