  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 16 oz. peach halves (not drained)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 to 3 tsp. water

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.

    In large bowl, blend cake mix, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, peaches and eggs at low speed until moistened.

    Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
