  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons sodium-free baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 560 g crushed pineapple

    Heat your oven to 220 °C (= 428 °F). Grease 18 muffin pans.
