- 2 teaspoons sodium-free baking powder
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 560 g crushed pineapple
Directions

1Heat your oven to 220 °C (= 428 °F). Grease 18 muffin pans.

2Sift and combine flour and baking powder. .

4In a second bowl, beat together egg, vanill and oil.

5Add pineapple and its juice to egg mixture.

6Combine both bowls, mix together to form a batter.
