Simple Potato Soup

- 4 to 5 medium-size potatoes
- 1 medium-size onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes and onion.

2Put potatoes, onion and salt in pan and cover with water.

3Cook until potatoes are tender, adding a little water if necessary.

4Empty can of soup into pan and add milk gradually (may not need all of it at this point). Stir ingredients together and continue cooking over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is heated thoroughly.

5If soup appears too thick, add a small amount of milk until desired consistency is reached.
