Simple Rice Pudding

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 qt. cold water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Cook rice in water until tender.

    Add margarine, sugar and raisins.

    Take off heat.

    Add well-beaten eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir well.

    Bake in casserole dish in 325° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
