- 13 cup ketchup
- 14 cup packed brown sugar
- 34 cup apricot preserves (or peach preserves)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper

1Preheat oven to 375.
