  • 13 cup ketchup
  • 14 cup packed brown sugar
  • 34 cup apricot preserves (or peach preserves)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
