- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 (17 oz.) can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
- vegetable oil for frying
Directions

1Drain salmon and flake into bowl; stir in onion, egg and bread crumbs.

3Form into 1/2 inch thick patties; fry in a little oil until crisp and golden on both sides.

4Turn only once while frying.
