Simple Shrimp Curry

- 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- hot, cooked rice or patty shells
Directions

1Saute shrimp in butter for 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.

2Stir and turn.

3Add soups and blend well.

4Stir in sour cream and curry powder.

5Continue stirring until very hot.

6Serve over rice or spoon into hot patty shells.
