- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- any spices you like
Directions

1Cook sausage.

2Add spinach; cook until done.

3Drain.

4Mix the cream cheese with a little milk to make smooth.

5Put all eggs in bowl and beat.

6Add cream cheese, sausage and spinach; mix well. Pour into souffle dish.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
