  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • any spices you like

Directions

    Cook sausage.

    Add spinach; cook until done.

    Drain.

    Mix the cream cheese with a little milk to make smooth.

    Put all eggs in bowl and beat.

    Add cream cheese, sausage and spinach; mix well. Pour into souffle dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
