- 400 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 5 grams Dry yeast
- 5 grams Salt
- 250 ml Water
Directions

1Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and knead well.

2The time it takes will vary when using a machine, but it should take about 20 minutes by hand.

3Gather it all up and place into a bowl that is lightly greased with oil (not included in the ingredients), cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 40 minutes.

4After rising, make rolls in size you like, cut, and roll into balls.

5Place on top of a cloth, and finally cover with another cloth to keep from drying out.

6Let rest for 15 minutes.

7Reshape and re-roll them up, then line them up on a pan lined with parchment paper.

8This time I placed them into a large container larger than the pan to keep them from drying out.

9It took 35 minutes to rise.

10Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15 minutes, and they're done.
