  • 3 cloves Garlic (more Or Less Based On Preference), Minced
  • 4 whole Medium Ripe Tomatoes, Cut In Small Wedges
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/2 pounds Brie, Rind Removed And Cut In Bite-Sized Cubes
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
  • 1 pound Pasta- Bowties Or Shells Work Best

Directions

    Combine garlic, tomatoes, basil, brie, oil, salt and pepper in bowl.

    Mix gently to cover everything in oil.

    Cover and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

    The longer you leave it alone, the better the flavors mingle.

    Boil the pasta based on directions on the box.

    Remove the bowl of combined ingredients from the fridge while pasta is cooking to allow it to warm up a bit.

    When pasta is done, drain and add to the bowl.

    Mix thoroughly, adding more oil if the mixture is too dry.

    Serve immediately.
