- 3 cloves Garlic (more Or Less Based On Preference), Minced
- 4 whole Medium Ripe Tomatoes, Cut In Small Wedges
- 1 cup Fresh Basil, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Brie, Rind Removed And Cut In Bite-Sized Cubes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- 1 pound Pasta- Bowties Or Shells Work Best
Directions

1Combine garlic, tomatoes, basil, brie, oil, salt and pepper in bowl.

2Mix gently to cover everything in oil.

3Cover and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

4The longer you leave it alone, the better the flavors mingle.

5Boil the pasta based on directions on the box.

6Remove the bowl of combined ingredients from the fridge while pasta is cooking to allow it to warm up a bit.

7When pasta is done, drain and add to the bowl.

8Mix thoroughly, adding more oil if the mixture is too dry.

9Serve immediately.
