  • 2 Medium Apples
  • 2 Tablespoons Tablespoons Honey
  • 1/3 Small Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 ounce, weight Walnuts, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 bunch Parsley, Chopped

Directions

    Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Dice the apples. Mix honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.

    Put the apples, carrot and walnuts in a medium-sized salad dish. Add parsley and dress the salad with honey and lemon. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients to coat them with honey-lemon dressing.
