  • 8 ounces, weight Penne Pasta
  • 2- 1/2 cups Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Balls, Cut In Half

Directions

    Lightly spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

    Cook pasta according to manufacturers directions, but cook until the pasta is al dente, meaning its still a little chewy (for most pasta, about 7 minutes).

    Drain the pasta and pour into prepared baking dish.

    Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes.

    If the top starts to get golden in color, add aluminum foil to lightly cover.
