- 8 ounces, weight Penne Pasta
- 2- 1/2 cups Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Balls, Cut In Half
Directions

1Lightly spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

2Cook pasta according to manufacturers directions, but cook until the pasta is al dente, meaning its still a little chewy (for most pasta, about 7 minutes).

3Drain the pasta and pour into prepared baking dish.

4Top the pasta with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

5Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes.

6If the top starts to get golden in color, add aluminum foil to lightly cover.

7Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.

8Let the pasta rest a few minutes before serving.
