  • 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, soaked in almond extract overnight
  • 3 bananas
  • 4 c. frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 3 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (sugar-free)
  • 2 c. plain yogurt

Directions

    Mix fruit and drained chestnuts. Dissolve jello in water. Mix with fruit. Pour 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate 1 hour, then spread yogurt over all. Put other 1/2 of jello on top. Refrigerate. Makes 16 servings.
