  • 1 1/2 to 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg

    Cook potatoes until tender.

    Mash and add other ingredients. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until center is set and crust browned.
