- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 medium raw potato, peeled and diced
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 2 deep dish pie crusts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into pie shell.

3Place second pie shell on top and crimp edges.

4Make slits in top.

5Bake for 35 minutes at 350°, or until bubbly and brown.

6Makes 2 pies (depends on size of pie shell).
