  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 medium raw potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 2 deep dish pie crusts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Place second pie shell on top and crimp edges.

    Make slits in top.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350°, or until bubbly and brown.

    Makes 2 pies (depends on size of pie shell).
