Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 lb. kielbasa, sliced
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can hot chili beans
  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 1 can butter beans, drained
  • 1 can lima beans, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions

    Form Italian sausage into 1-inch balls and brown in skillet. Drain.

    Combine with remaining ingredients except bacon in 5-quart casserole.

    Partially cook bacon and lay on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Makes 16 servings. Great for picnics.
