- 2 sticks margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs, beaten until lemon colored
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream butter, Crisco, and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs.

3Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

4Stir in extracts.

5Spoon mixture into prepared 10-inch tube pan.

6Bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.

7Add glaze if desired. Cool in pan 10 minutes before turning out.
