Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. ground meat (cooked or uncooked)
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 small onions
  • 1/4 c. instant rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can tomatoes (16 oz.) or 1 can tomato bisque soup (half diluted) or 1 can tomato rice soup (half diluted) or 1 can tomato soup (half diluted)

Directions

    Layer vegetables, starting with potatoes, then layer carrots, meat, onions, rice, celery and keep in layers.

    Pour tomatoes or soup over all.

    Season each layer with salt,

    pepper and butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
