- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 lb. ground meat (cooked or uncooked)
- 1 c. diced celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 small onions
- 1/4 c. instant rice (uncooked)
- 1 can tomatoes (16 oz.) or 1 can tomato bisque soup (half diluted) or 1 can tomato rice soup (half diluted) or 1 can tomato soup (half diluted)
Directions

1Layer vegetables, starting with potatoes, then layer carrots, meat, onions, rice, celery and keep in layers.

2Pour tomatoes or soup over all.

3Season each layer with salt,

4pepper and butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
