- 3 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. sliced cleaned carrots
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 qt. home-canned tomatoes or 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet and drain.

2Spray 3-quart casserole with Pam.

3Layer vegetables, except tomatoes, and meat, seasoning each layer.

4Pour tomatoes over all.

5Cover and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350° or until tender.

6Serves 6.
