  • 2 (8 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mash avocados and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Spread bean dip in a large, shallow dish.

    Spread avocado mixture on top of bean dip.

    Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together, spread over avocado mixture.

    Top with green onions, tomatoes and cheese (in that order).

    Serve with tortilla chips.
