- 15 oz. Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. Crisco oil
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl.

2Add bran flakes and mix well.

3Combine beaten eggs, buttermilk and oil.

4Add to dry ingredients and mix.

5(Refrigerate for 6 weeks, if you wish and bake as needed.) Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

6Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
