- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 4 c. flour (one c. can be whole wheat)
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients, plus one cup of the flour.

2Add margarine and hot water and stir until margarine is mostly melted.

3Add rest of flour and mix well.

4Cover and let rise 15 minutes.

5Turn out on floured board and knead until no longer sticky.

6Shape your rolls.

7Place on buttered pans.

8Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

9Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
