- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt cheese.

2Cook sausage and drain.

3Mix drained sausage with Bisquick, then pour cheese over and stir well.

4Then make into balls.

5Bake at 365° for 15 minutes.

6Bakes about 70 balls. Freezes well.
