  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon German-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
  • 1/2 cup deli coleslaw
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Directions

    Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

    Combine ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.

    Form mixture into 4 patties; place onto grill.

    Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F.

    and meat is no longer pink in center.

    Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let cheese melt slightly.

    Place 1 burger onto each bottom half of bun; top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and top half of bun.
