  • zucchini

  • bacon
  • cherry tomatoes

  • balsamic vinegar

Directions

    Start by cutting the ingredients into small cubes and prepare the kebabs by alternately sticking pieces of monkfish, zucchini, bacon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers.

    Repeat until you have used all the ingredients.

    Place the skewers on a tray and season with salt, pepper, parsley, olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
