- 1 c. chopped dates
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 1/2 c. rice crispies
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Mix dates, sugar, oleo and egg in large iron skillet and place over low heat.

2Cook until dates are melted, stirring occasionally.

3Turn off heat and add rice crispies and pecans. Mix well and let cool.

4Roll into small balls and roll each ball in coconut.

5Makes 4 dozen.
