  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Cut enough kernels from corn to measure 2 cups. Cook and stir in all ingredients in skillet over medium heat until margarine is melted.
