- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Grease inside of 10-inch ovenproof skillet and heat in oven for 3 minutes.

3Tilt skillet to coat bottom with oil evenly.

4Mix thoroughly all ingredients.

5Pour into hot skillet.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
