- 1 1/2 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 C. cornmeal
- 2/3 C. evaporated milk
- 1 C. oil
- 1 C. margarine
Directions

1Blend oil and margarine in skillet.

2Stir Bisquick, cornmeal and milk with a fork until a soft dough.

3Knead 10 to 12 times on a lightly floured cutting board.

4Roll dough 1/4 inch thick.

5Cut with a floured 1 1/2 inch cutter.

6Fry half the round at a time over medium heat until a delicate brown, turning only once.

7Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
