- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. canned green chilies
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted and chopped
Directions

1Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet.

2Mince chilies while mixture is browning.

3Drain fat from skillet.

4Stir in chilies, soup, enchilada sauce and milk.

5Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.

6Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
