- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
- 8 tortilla shells
- 2 1/2 c. shredded cheese (10 oz.)
- 1/2 c. pitted olives, chopped (optional)
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain off excess fat (electric skillet at 350°).

2Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies.

3Reduce heat (220°), cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
