- 4 slices bacon
- 3 c. fresh cut corn
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain and crumble (save drippings in the pan).

3Add vegetables to the drippings.

4Cover the vegetables and cook over a low heat until just tender, 5 to 8 minutes.

5Add the salt and pepper in the last 2 minutes.

6Place in a serving dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.

7Serves six.
